We take 40% less than whatever wage you’re advertising the job at. As an alternative, we can accept 40% less than the average you currently pay for the position.
This allows us to fund generous wages and benefits in line with the workers' local standards.
Example: Your published wage is $18 per hour. We will subtract 40%.
That means you’ll pay just $10.80 to fill this position!
For permanent positions, we will give you 30 days to try a worker from our team. For temporary positions, the guarantee is 14 days.
If you aren’t satisfied during the guarantee period, you will get 100% of your money back.
